O prazo de entrega é de até 15 dias úteis (para artes/projetos maiores o tempo de entrega pode variar).

Artes/projetos que tenham um prazo de entrega mais rigoroso podem estar sujeitos a uma taxa de urgência e prioridade.

Se o trabalho de criação de design do personagem estiver envolvido na encomenda, será necessária uma taxa extra para obter os direitos de propriedade intelectual do design.

O produto será entregue digitalmente, nenhum item físico será enviado.

A comunicação entre artista e cliente deverá ser por email, discord ou DM de instagram ou bluesky.

Há momentos em que a artista precisará da aprovação do cliente para dar continuidade em alguma etapa da arte, durante esse momento de espera da resposta o tempo para entrega da arte não ficará contando.

A arte final é entregue através do e-mail ou drive.

Não é permitido comercializar nenhuma arte (commissionada ou não) sem o consentimento da artista.

O pagamento pode ser feito via pix ou transferência bancária, em Real.

O pagamento pode ser valor inteiro antecipado ou 50% antes do rascunho e 50% antes da entrega da arte finalizada.

A arte final só será enviada por email depois que o pagamento estiver 100% concluído.

Artes comerciais têm uma taxa de uso comercial de 50% em cima do valor total da arte.

Alterações (da "base" do desenho, não incluindo cores) solicitadas depois de aprovado o rascunho podem estar sujeitos a cobrança.

A artista tem o direito de negar/cancelar uma encomenda por qualquer razão.

Não é aceito reembolso da encomenda após a arte ser finalizada.

Pode ser possível pedir reembolso de 50% do valor pago para encomendas que ainda não estão na etapa de colorização.

Se o cliente pedir reembolso antes da arte ser iniciada, a artista reterá 7% do total do custo da comissão como taxa de conveniência.

O cliente permite a artista de postar nas redes sociais e portfólio dela as artes encomendadas, caso o cliente não concorde deverá comunicar a artista.

A artista não se responsabilizará pela perda do produto após a entrega.

A artista não permite usar suas ilustrações para vender NFT e/ou treinar Inteligência Artificial.

If character design work is involved in the commission, an extra fee will be required to obtain the intellectual property rights to the design.

Commercial arts have a commercial use fee of 50% of the total value of the art.

Changes requested after the sketch has been approved may be subject to a charge.

The artist has the right to deny/cancel an commission for any reason.

Refunds are not accepted after the artwork is completed.

It may be possible to request a 50% (of the amount paid) refund for commissions that are not yet in the colorization stage.

If the client requests a refund before the artwork is started, the artist will retain 7% of the total commission cost as a convenience fee.

The client allows the artist to post the commissioned artwork on her social networks and portfolio, if the client does not agree, they must inform the artist.

The artist will not be responsible for the loss of the product after delivery.

The artist does not allow using her illustrations to sell NFTs and/or train Artificial Intelligence.
